I've been asked numerous times in regards to when my new job at Southwest will be commencing.

The answer:

NOT FOR A VERY LONG WHILE.

The fact I was offered this job 2 months ago and still do not have a training date set yet makes this new job a little surreal. I mean, did I really get the job?? Was it all a dream? I'm certainly starting to feel that way!

I will be patient as I tough out Starbucks during the holidays...as Heinz says, "good things come to those who wait". And I'm waiting, and waiting, and waiting...
