the "new" house
Finally, the work has begun. Right now I am excited about the whole renovation process that I want to work every moment I have free. I'm sure that will change in 2 weeks! People have been asking, so here they are...pics of the "new" house. These were taken prior to any demolition.

Nasty...
I'd build new over renovating any day. It's so much cleaner and straightforward. Several additions, multiple kitchen and bathroom revamps and any number of other renovations have left me conviced of this.
